Poutine is chips topped with cheese curds (which are kinda squeeky)coated in a meaty gravy.
We had this poutine in Qubec City. The original home of poutine. In Canada you now get many different variaties, so far my favorite was Chicken with 2 types of cheese and gravy. the boy liked butter chicken poutine.
